Sa ngalan po nang aming samahan na Friends of the Mariana Islands ako po ay bumabati sainyong lahat nang masagana at manigong bagong taon!

Group picture namin ito during Christmas carol kina Mr. & Mrs. Rose/Lewei Adams. Ang Friends of the Mariana Islands ay taus puso pong nagpapasalamat sa lahat nang sumuporta sa aming pangangaroling. Hinde po namin kayo makakalimutan at dahil po sainyong suporta sa aming grupo mabuhay po kayong lahat! Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year to all!

ISA Drive cleanup

Ito ang kuha namin noong nakaraang linggo pagkatapos nang aming paglilinis sa ISA Drive. Ang mga nasa larawan ay V-President Diomedes (Happy birthday vice), Beth, Arman, Betty, ako at si Roger. Ang mga iba pa naming mga kasama na naglinis na wala dito sa larawan ay sila Precy, Nita Mateo, Rey, Marites Fabros, Jimmy, Ciaralyn at ang aming masipag at walang kapagurang advisor na si Mr. Angelo Villagomez. Salamat sa lahat na sumama sa araw na ito, malaking karangalan na naipagpapatuloy natin ang ating pagtulong sa Kommunidad nang Saipan.

Maraming salamat sa aming mga bagong kasama sa grupo na sila Ms. Dian, Julie Ann, CJ, Lily, Mely, Sheryl, Elmer, Love at Carl. Napakasaya nang aming grupo tuwing linggo na nagkakasama sa paglilinis masaya ang bawat isa at walang kapaguran sa pagtulong sa Kommunidad nang Saipan.

FMI schedules for the month of December 2007

1st Sunday of the month ----- December 2, 2007
FMI will be cleaning Drainage at the corner MSGR Martinez going up to cannat tabla.
Cleanup will be start at 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

2nd Sunday of the month ----- December 9, 2007
FMI will be cleaning ISA Drive from Botanical Garden down to NMC.
Cleanup will be start at 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

3rd Sunday of the month ----- December 16, 2007
FMI will be cleaning Lau-Lau Beach
Cleanup will be start at 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

NMC-San Vicente, and Lau-Lau Beach Cleanup

Ang aming grupo na Friends of the Mariana Islands (FMI) ay patuloy at walang sawang sumusuporta sa Beautify CNMI at ganoon din sa lahat nang programa na Environmental activities dito sa Saipan. Linggo-linggo kaming namumulot nang mga basura sa iba't-ibang lugar dito sa Saipan.

We had picked up 420 pounds of trash on November 4, 2007 on our adopted area Garapan Tourist District. It was 2nd sunday of the month on November 11, 2007 our group FMI had picked up 540 pounds of trash from NMC to San Vicente Elementary School. We also picked up 480 pounds of trash last sunday only at Lau-Lau Beach cleanup. A total of 1,440.00 pounds of trash only for the month of November 2007. I really thank my group (FMI) for their dedecation to contintue helping the Island of Saipan for keeping it clean!

Garapan Tourist District, Meeting place at Memoral Park, Parking lot.
Start at 8:00am to 10:00am.

2nd Sunday of the month, ------- November 11, 2007
NMC to ISA Drive "Botanical Garden",
Meeting place will be at the Front of San Vicente Elem. School.
Start at 8:00am to 11:00am

3rd Sunday of the month, ------- November 18, 2007
Lau-Lau Beach Cleanup, Meeting place will be at the Lau-Lau Beach pavillion.
Start at 8:00am to 10am

ATTENTION TO ALL ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORTERS! Friends of the Mariana Islands (FMI) will be having a GARAGE SALE at the back of San Vicente Elem. School on coming Saturday. It's a fundraising to Debris Island Cleanup expenses of the enviromental Group.

We really do appreciate anyone that who has a good heart to support this Fundraising.
